The Children of HUGS

For only $30 each month, you can save a child's life!

HUGS offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a Ugandan child. These days, it is not hard to spend $30 on lunch with a friend and not give it a second thought. But that same $30, given as a tax-deductable donation to HUGS, is able to feed a child and provide medicine and education for an entire month!

Many children in the Rakai District of Uganda are in desparate need of assistance. We have documented a few of them here on this website. Click on any of the pictures below to learn more about that child. If you would like to sponsor one of these children, please use our online donation form to pledge your support. If you have a preference, please indicate which child you would like to sponsor in the "Comments" section of the form. If you would like information on other options, feel free to contact us.

Sponsorship with HUGS is a very personal experience. You can choose a level of involvement that fits you best. The money you give goes directly to purchase provisions for your specific child, and is not used for any other purpose.
