Gift Giving
Before any HUGS board of director travels to Uganda an email is sent
out to sponsors.
If you decide to send a gift with the board member, you can send a card or greeting to your child with pictures of your world. The children love to get letters and pictures. If you would like to do more, you can send a SMALL gift (packing space is limited) or send along a check so an appropriate gift can be bought for the child by the board member.
You will receive pictures of your child receiving your gift upon the return of the board member. If you would like to send a gift between board visits, this can be done through the HUGS address. We will make sure your child receives the gift and and a thank you card with pictures is sent to you in return.
